The Wunderlist app creator is back with Superlist. If you do not know what is Wunderlist, it is an app created back in 2011 but acquired by Microsoft in June 2015. The app was discontinued in the favor of Microsoft To-Do app back in April 2017.

Advantage & Disadvantage

• Advantage 1 – Free for up to 5 shared lists with up to 5 people. Free for a team of 5 people. It is more than enough for personal use or small team usage.
• Advantage 2 – Cross-platform accessibility, from Andriod to Apple, from Tablet to Computer. It is accessible on any device with the Superlist app or Superlist web browser access.
• Advantage 3 – Easy to use. Its functions are similar to Notion but focuses heavily on tasks.
• Disadvantage 1 – Bugs everywhere. Superlist is still in beta and has not been widely used or reviewed by users, which might raise some concerns about its stability and reliability. We did encounter a lot of bugs while using the app.
• Disadvantage 2 – Lack of some of the basic features such as managing labels and putting labels into something useful.
• Disadvantage 3 – Superlist may not have advanced project management features, such as Gantt charts, or Kanban boards.
